Job Description:
Learn to review and validate supply chain and trade compliance documents to ensure they meet international and regional guidelines.
Help maintain accurate records and track materials from their source to final production.
Enter and organize key documents (like invoices, shipping forms, and certifications) into our supply chain management system.
Spot and help resolve any missing or inconsistent information by communicating with clients, vendors, or team members.
Support ongoing efforts to automate and improve our document processes through careful data entry and quality checks.
Work closely with the compliance and operations teams to improve document accuracy and workflow efficiency.
Use Mandarin to communicate with Chinese suppliers and partners for clarification of documents or process details (training and support provided).
Take part in training sessions-both online and in person-to understand compliance requirements, systems, and client procedures.
Handle all client data responsibly, maintaining confidentiality and integrity at all times.
Contribute ideas for process improvement and assist in testing new tools, including AI-assisted document processing.
Qualifications:
Possesses a process-oriented mindset, with a focus on accuracy and consistency.
Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proficient in both written and verbal English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Highly organized and efficient, capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to handle high volumes of workload effectively.
Previous experience as a Quality Analyst in a BPO or similar setting is an advantage, but not required - we welcome applicants eager to learn and grow in this role.
