The Documentation & Compliance Coordinator is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate client documentation, ensuring compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements. This role serves as a key liaison between departments to facilitate the flow of information and ensure that all client records and requests are handled efficiently and securely. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, a solid understanding of compliance standards, and excellent organizational and communication skills.
 
Job responsibilities:
Coordinate the collection, review, and maintenance of client documentation
Serve as the point of contact for documentation-related inquiries between departments (e.g., Legal, Sales, Construction, Collection)
Monitor deadlines for document submissions, renewals, and updates
Maintain digital and physical filing systems to ensure accuracy, security, and accessibility
Minimum requirements:
Graduate in any college course
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Experience for at least 3 years in the Real Estate industry is a plus
