Background in ISO 9001:2015 Standards
Experience in Document Control/Documentation
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Shall be responsible for the control of all quality records of the Quality Management Office and quality documents of the entire hospital.
2.Shall Coordinate with the department/section/unit head regarding origination, changes and revision of documents.
3.Shall provide a standard format of document to each department/section/unit.
4.Shall be responsible in assigning document codes and numbers.
5.Shall be responsible for distribution of document requests within the prescribed period.
6.Shall be responsible in photocopying all documents for distribution.
