Description
Responsibilities:
Assist Kaizen Head in establishing a procedural frame work for identifying, collecting, distributing and filing the controlled documents.
Implements and directs documentation procedures in storing, updating, and distributing documented information.
Assist Kaizen Head in ensuring the information and management control system is implemented in compliance with the standard and is updated to reflect revisions to those standards.
Receives and process request for documented information, from employee's or clients and maintain the requests via tracking logs.
Prepares and update documentation for Food Safety and Quality Management Systems.
Assists all departments in documenting processes, work instructions, flow charts and related paperwork.
Prepares, maintains and updated database of documentation in the plant.
Coordinates, participates in Food Safety activities and Internal Audits in the plant.
Participate in effective implementation of Food Safety and Quality Managements System.
Qualifications:
Preferably graduate of Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Food Technology or related science course, can be considered other science and computer courses but with major experience in Document Control.
One (1) or two (2) year of experience in food manufacturing, production and laboratory.
Experienced in documentation about quality and food safety systems.
Knowledgeable in Food System methodologies like GMP, HACCP and other related standards.
Computer Literate
Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing and must be accurate, quick, confident and analytical with strong organisational skills and leadership ability.
