DISTRICT MANAGER
(Base-Cagayan de Oro)
 
The position is tasked to:
Deliver district sales and profit goals by ensuring that all business opportunities in the district are recognized and explored.
Organize staff, coordinate, implement, communicate, and evaluate sales and promotions activities in the district.
Maintain a full complement of Professional Healthcare Representatives / Clinical Service Representatives in the District and supervise their training and implementation of sales programs for the satisfactory achievement of sales and profit goals.
Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-year college degree.
Preferably with at least three (3) years of sales and supervisory experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Must be results-driven, customer-oriented, flexible, self-motivated, and possess a strong sense of urgency and enthusiasm at work.
Outstanding leadership traits to manage and handle individuals.
Strong interpersonal skills and above-average communication skills.
Must possess a pleasing, assertive, and dynamic personality, with impeccable integrity and good moral character.
