Duties and Responsibilities include:
Develop and execute strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets
Delivery of sales targets to achieve revenue, profitability and sales growth objectives
Provide the direction, manage the performance, coach and develop District Manager (DMs) and their sales teams
Grow and develop the trade sales and customers in partnership with the trade channel and key accounts team
Engage with customers and business partners
Maintain quality service by establishing operational standards and championing the company's purpose and core values
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing
personal networks; benchmarking state-of the art practices; participating in professional societies
