• Collection managers oversee the financial collection department of a company
• Observe and review the interactions of staff members with clients
• Ensure that collections are done according to company policies and regulations
Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
• At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Must have good communication and oral skills.
• Must have strong analytical skills.
• Can work with less supervision.
• Must be flexible in any situation.
• Manage daily operations of branch in the absence of Branch Manager.
• Assist Branch Manager in implementing business development strategies
• Assist Branch Manager to operate the branch in line with company procedures and policies.
