Role holder will champion and participate in all strategic and digitalization initiatives of Distribution from conceptualization, execution, and drive adoption and acceptance. A degree holder with managerial experience in a Life Insurance or financial services who has experience in strategy and corporate development. Talents from a multinational company, accounting firm, investment bank, private equity or strategy consulting firm with strong knowledge of enterprise PMO, PMO governance, and/or investment planning are encouraged to apply. Strong PowerPoint skills: ability to maneuver complex information and distil into key meaningful insights and high impact slides to tell a story. Strong financial modeling skills/data analysis: ability to build complex financial models and translate financial information and actuarial/accounting data into useful and applicable information. Project management experience. Experience in executing projects by developing deliverables timelines and effectively managing stakeholders. With strong communication skills to convey key messages to the stakeholders. Strong skills on PowerPoint with the ability to tell a story and sell a message. Can analyze large quantities of data, generate charts in Excel. Should have the ability to translate what the data is saying into applicable and useful information. Nice to Have: Someone a clear understanding of present culture and mindset of the Agency force and of company Executives and Employees to establish where it needs to shift Pleasing personality Can effectively articulate complex problems and present options / recommendations to the Executive team. On the job, you will: Be fully accountable for driving transformation initiatives across Distribution in order to support the wider goals, strategy and ambition of the Manulife business in the Philippines. Increasing the pace and agility of change and delivering measurable and sustainable results will be key measures of success. Work closely with key stakeholder groups locally and in the Region to deliver our organizational vision, applying best practices to define governance, organization structure, staffing, budgeting & cost management and processes. Facilitate, lead, and create leadership communication deliverables including reports, presentations and other outputs. Provide guidance to team members to ensure that project focus is on target and work is accomplished on time and of the highest quality standards. Be a change agent; help transform the organization by focusing on organizational effectiveness, improvement and people development. Ensuring that results are measurable through establishing a baseline of performance and cost metrics, clear business cases and unarguable results as defined by improvements in appropriate KPIs and unit costings. Making sure that results are sustainable through the embedding of continuous improvement to sustain the change over the medium to long term.
