DISTRIBUTION ASSISTANT
The main objective of this position is to ensure that the ordered goods and finished goods are processed in an accurate and timely manner with full compliance to all PEZA and BOC requirements.
About the Job
Ensures the timely clearance through customs of all imported and exported goods .
Coordinate with forwarders, PEZA, and Customs authorities on timely resolution of import and export matters .
Ensures compliance with relevant import / export laws with reference to PEZA and BOC rules and regulations.This shall include but not limited to the monitoring, submission, and renewal of General Transport Surety Bonds (GTSB), Import Permit, Export Permit, Letter of Authorities (LOA), Tax Incentives Management and Transparency Act (TIMTA), and other related documents .
Ensures accurate and timely encoding of importations, exportations, local deliveries, and farm-in / farm-out goods
About You
Associate degree, two year technical/trade degree, or equivalent preferred
One to two years of experience
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Strong communication skill
Detail oriented
