Responsible for the dispensing and storage of raw materials, receiving of delivered raw materials from supplier, completion of Dispensing Records, and cleaning of equipment, under direct supervision of Dispensing Team Leader.
Performs the weighing of raw materials, with Supervision of Dispensing QC and Dispensing Team Leader, as requested by Compounding/ Mixing Team Leader.
Receives delivered raw materials from suppliers, ensures their proper storage, and submits the necessary documents to Procurement.
Ensure that all tools and equipment are clean and ensure their proper storage.
Coordinates with Engineering (as instructed by Dispensing Team Leader) to maintain operational efficiency of assigned equipment including reporting of observed abnormalities, calibration schedule, etc.
Assists QC with regards to raw material sampling and approval, relocation of stocks based on its status, equipment swabbing and other quality-related concerns.
Assists Dispensing Team Leader in checking of stocks
Ensure that all raw materials are properly labeled and stored based on its storage requirement.
Assists Inventory Controller and Dispensing Team Leader in conducting periodic inventory count.
Assists Inventory Controller and Dispensing Team Leader in the reconciliation of inventory variances.
Assist Team Leader in training the new dispensing personnel.
Ensures confidentiality of information in the workplace.
Perform other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree.
With a minimum of 1 year working experience as Dispensing Assistant.
Able to carry and lift heavy objects routinely.
Can operate Material Handling Equipment like jack lift, weighing machine and others.-Requirements- Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
