Every role in SEAOIL contributes significantly to the company. Here's a summary of what you will be doing in this job:
1. Processes documents of all approved fuel sales orders (SO's) and ensures that tank trucks move out of the terminal /depot on schedule or within the delivery lead time.
2. Ensures accurate and on-time shipping of delivered/withdrawn actual sales orders in oracle system.
Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:
1. Processes and documents all approved fuel SO's
1.1 Confirms from the Foreman the actual availability of products on each working loading bays
1.2 Monitors approved SO of all ordered fuels from Order Coordinator through Oracle system and updates Summary of Unlifted Sales Orders
1.3 Communicates and coordinates with Road Transport Scheduler regarding tank truck matching as per SO requirements
1.4 Prints and fills-up delivery documents such as Releasing and Receiving Inspection (RRIC), Delivery Receipt (DR), Transhipment Order Advice (TOA), Trip Ticket Form, WC,COQ and SI (for special accounts) to classify deliveries according to customer's requests.
2. Handles shipping and updating of all SO's released within the day in the Oracle system
2.1 Ship confirms through Shipping Transactions module all dispatched fuel SO's according to each product and volume descriptions
3. Coordinates with respective departments regarding issues/concerns pertinent to status of fuel deliveries
3.1 Informs Order Coordinator/Scheduler of the status of deliveries such as assigned tank truck logged in time or its failure to report, updates Gate-to-Gate Metrics Tool to make truck movement visible.
3.2 Receives from Foreman the filled up Returned Goods Authorization Form (RGAF) for the backloaded delivery/products and informs Order Coordinator for systems update.
3.3 Generates and updates the Dispatching Daily Reports
3.4 Files consummated delivery documents such as RRIC, TOA, RGA, WC.
3.5 Collates and transmits acknowledged DR, RGA,Trip Ticket and SI.
3.6 Monitors dispatching supplies, forms and materials
College graduate, preferably with background in Engineering
May consider fresh graduates
