We are looking for experienced, friendly, professional, and task-oriented customer support representatives! This is a work-from-home job!

Shift Schedule:
Sat 2pm-8pm EST (no break) & Sun 10am-8pm EST (1hr paid lunch)
 
Qualifications:
Experience in customer service is a MUST!
Experience taking inbound calls is a MUST!
Proactive and is able to work independently with less supervision
Excellent English communication skills and conducting calls with great energy is a MUST!
Excellent phone etiquette with a professional demeanor
Complete work-from-home equipment with noise-cancelling headphones
Excellent and reliable internet connection with backup (we will require a speed test)
 
Responsibilities:
Must be a top-tier customer service representative
Must have good demeanor
Must be sharp, smart, willing to be trained and a fast learner
Take inbound calls for existing clients in their database
