Job Summary
Processes documents of all approved fuel sales orders (SO's) and ensures that tank trucks move out of the terminal /depot on scheduled or within the delivery lead time. b. Ensures accurate and on-time shipping and auto invoicing of delivered/withdrawn actual sales orders in Oracle system.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Processes and documents all approved fuel SO's
2. Handles in shipping and updating of all SO's released within the day in the Oracle system
3. Coordinates with respective departments and external clients regarding issues/concerns pertinent to status of fuel deliveries
4. Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of Engineering, Business courses; or equivalent
- Experience in related work is an advantage
- Must be willing to work on shifting schedule
- Willing to be assigned at SEAOIL Depot
- Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Must be detail-oriented, organized and trustworthy
- Physically fit
