Qualifications:
Education: College level
Knowledge of Dispatch Operations: Strong understanding of dispatch processes, logistics, and supply chain management.
Attention to Detail: Dispatch Checkers need to have a keen eye for detail to accurately review and verify dispatch documents. They should be able to spot any discrepancies or errors and take appropriate action.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary to interact personnel involved in the dispatch process. Should be able to convey information clearly and effectively.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills are essential to manage and prioritize multiple dispatch tasks, coordinate schedules, and ensure timely delivery. They should be able to handle high-pressure situations and meet deadlines.
