Job Description
Washes, stacks, sorts, and stores dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware.
Maintains a clean kitchen and keeps dish area organized and free of clutter.
Sets up dish stations, including dishwashing machines and sinks.
Cleans and sanitizes storage areas, including freezers and refrigerators.
Monitors trash cans throughout shift, making sure to removes full trashcans and boxes as needed and at the end of each shift.
Maintains the cleanliness of dry storage areas and the organization of storage shelves.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.
Competent in dishwashing kitchen utensils, ceramics, glassware and pans.
Competent in the maintenance & upkeep of refrigerators.
Must ensure all dishes are cleaned and sanitized properly, following health regulations.
Load and unload dishes, pots, pans, glasses, and utensils into and out of the dishwashing machine.
Must be competent sort and organize dishes and utensils before washing.
Keen on maintaining a clean and organized dishwashing area, ensuring that workspaces are tidy and free from debris.
Competent in organizing and storing clean dishes, glassware, and utensils.
Should monitor dishwashing equipment to ensure proper functionality, reporting any issues to the supervisor.
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures, including wearing appropriate gloves and protective gear.
Should be knowledgeable in quality management, quality control, managing inventory and placing orders as necessary.
