DISBURSEMENT STAFF
Job Description:
Assist in ensuring that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment
Preparation of Vouchers, Checks and other disbursements. Seeking for appropriate attachments, checking and processing of cheque request.
Disbursement and replenish of petty cash.
Releasing of checks and update of Check Release Date on the system
Process Utility Bills and ensure timely payments of bills
Respond and resolve customer problems, grievances and issues
