Director, Training
Are you a passionate leader who can work with Executives, Senior Managers, and Managers to sustain proper flow of functions and responsibilities within the Training team?

You will have an opportunity to:
-Oversee, create and develop strategic plans for all Training programs. You will be reporting directly to the VP of Training and be responsible for ensuring the success of all site support functions while adhering to company policies and procedures
-Lead, develop and coach a team of 50 plus Senior Training managers, Senior Trainers and Trainers
-Ensure that all training deliverables are met and properly executed
-Be the POC for all training classes across all sites and set proper guidance on how to improve ramp plans, training execution, hiring plan updates, contingency campaigns, and other training-related concerns
-Ensure that an adequate supply of training resources is met while maintaining quality of service
-Work collaboratively with internal and external skateholders
-Lead by example, demonstrating all aspects of the Quantrics CREED
-Focus on analytics, (i.e. trainer statistics) to deliver better performance
-Develop and manage to an overall training strategy, capitalizing on trainer utilization and effectiveness
-Work closely with the Executives, Senior Managers, and Managers to sustain proper flow of functions and responsibilities
-Ad-hoc tasks, as required
You will be a great fit on our team if...
-Has at least 10 years experience in Training with 5 years of experience as a senior leader
-Operations leadership experience preferred
-Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree
-Ability to foster professional working relationships
-Excellent knowledge using MS Office tools
-Ability to support multiples sites
-Ability to analyze data and operation processes
-Detail- and process-oriented
-Superior written and verbal English language skills
-Strong leadership and coaching ability
-Ability to put complex theories into simple and easy-to-apply terms
-Willingness to travel
-Ability to work in a 24/7 rotating shift environment. Night shifts will be required.
