Consulting Services Leadership: Oversee the consulting services team, providing strategic direction and leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality services. Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the consulting team. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders to understand their business objectives and challenges. Serve as a trusted advisor, providing strategic insights and recommendations to clients. Project Management: Lead the planning and execution of consulting projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Monitor project milestones and proactively address any issues to ensure successful project outcomes. Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing consulting team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment. Provide ongoing professional development opportunities for team members. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the client onboarding and consulting services functions. Implement best practices to enhance the overall client experience and increase operational efficiency. Performance Metrics and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of client onboarding and consulting services. Provide regular reports to executive leadership on performance metrics, trends, and areas for improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA) is a plus. Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing consulting services and client onboarding. Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
