Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Director Plant Operations - Hot Filled Beverage located in Cavite. The Director will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of process engineering in the Hot Filled Beverage department and will be responsible for ensuring process efficiencies, technology transfer, process controls, and R&D. Qualifications Excellent knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures in the Hot Filled Beverage industry Excellent leadership and team management skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to identify inefficiencies in processes and streamline operations to optimize efficiency and productivity Business Process Improvement and Process Engineering Experience in Technology Transfer, Process Control, and Research and Development (R&D) Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is required Master's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred Experience in the Hot Filled Beverage industry is preferred
