Job Description
Monitors the sales team production and activities through daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Oversees the administration of the sales team concerning internal communication, filing systems, office workflow processes, inventory control and daily correspondences with clients.
Monitors and supervises the gathering of marketing statistics, current market trends and implement strategies according to the analysis conducted.
Monitors and controls the database of the hotel ensuring regular updates.
Recommends the solutions and strategies to further improve the sales performance.
Ensures that the sales team is trained to effectively negotiate with the clients to assist the hotel to achieve the necessary results.
Draw up together with the sales team and concerned departments necessary sales promotion and packages.
Participates in brand promotions and other group marketing activities as required to benefit the hotel performance.
Maintains regular contact with the clients and report any adverse comments to the management for rectification.
