Job Description
Develop a comprehensive business plan for the operations ensuring profitability and cost effectiveness
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property and execute plans to maximize company growth
Manage company resources efficiently, develop and implement initiatives to drive revenue
Work Experience
Minimum of 5 years experience in same capacity.
Holds a Bachelor's degree preferably Hotel Restaurant Management.
Strong leadership skills, motivated, team player, result-oriented & with pleasing personality.
