Job Qualifications:
Extensive experience in operations, in a Director capacity or at least in a senior leadership/management position.
Demonstrated strong management skills, in a BPO setting.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
Must know how to multitask and work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
Demonstrated strong ability to analyze processes, enact change and think operationally and strategically to achieve business goals
Possesses a professional, courteous, and resilient attitude.
Must be willing to work onsite - Makati
Job duties and responsibilities:
Manages the whole BPO operations/site.
Determines call center operational strategies by conducting needs assessments, performance reviews, capacity planning, and cost/benefit analyses
Drives performance across all departments to meet and exceed SLAs and KPIs;
Service Delivery Management and Client Satisfaction;
Ensure business operates within the company's mission statement
Promote organic growth and expansion
Maintain regular engagement with clients
Identify market niches
Differentiated value proposition and disciplined execution
Financial Management;
Goal setting for financial targets and expenses
Create provision and stretches on revenue generation
Budget and expense management
Revenue monitoring and forecasting
Manage attrition expenses
Create business strategy to drive performance and increase profits
Operational Drivers Management;
Reviewing and approve working KRA and KPI to ascertain its effectivity towards business and client goals.
Review and Approve of Line leaders and Workforce KPI
Review and approve rewards and recognition programs (Incentive and recognition)
Development of monitoring tools
Culture and Behavioral Management;
Keep employees motivated and organize appropriate activities with training and quality team.
Provide direction for acquisition of best-in-class talents
Leads managers across teams to ensure their success
Oversees and ensures the integrity of all internal operations
Prepares work plans, and adhere to approved work plans
Participates in policy and procedure development
Interprets, administers, and manages programs according to policies and procedures
Clearly communicates company objectives, priorities, policies and procedures
Ensures business is coordinated and well managed
Engages with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders
Accomplishes organizational goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
