The Director of Engineering is responsible for the general administration of the Engineering Department, including proper maintenance and repair of all buildings, fixtures, fittings, equipment and other company assets. The job scope also includes technical improvements, preventive maintenance and utilities consumption control of the whole property, which presently includes a hotel, casino and back office building. The role is also responsible for the effective and efficient management of the department budget and managing, planning and support of future projects and resort expansion.
Qualifications:
· Graduate of Mechanical, Electrical or other similar Engineering course, with proper and valid license;
· At least 5 years experience in facilities management in a hotel, resort or other related industry of a similar size;
· Knowledge of occupational safety, air conditioning, fire, emergency and other building systems necessary;
· Applicants must be willing to work in Clark Freeport Zone, Philippines.
