The Director for Planning is primarily responsible for coordinating the University's institutional planning and preparation of development plans, as well as for facilitating the alignment of unit plans and other resources with the strategic directions of the University. He/she is also responsible for the regular monitoring and evaluation of institutional and unit performances in relation to accomplishment targets.
Education: Completion of a master's degree in management or business administration or development studies supplemented by attendance to training programs on total strategy and total quality management
Experience: At least three (3) years of practical and progressive experience in management
