Responsible for ensuring a high level of client satisfaction, establishing and managing the delivery of Facility Management services, key initiatives as well as ensure consistency in processes, systems and reporting.
Plan coordinate, and through the Site Leads, oversee daily business operations and ensuring that the sites are functioning as required and compliant with all SLA delivery requirements.
Develop relationships with key client stakeholders to achieve goals, based on partnership, professionalism, trust and integrity.
Drive client initiatives on savings and innovations and green energy sustainability.
Drive compliance on Environmental Health and Safety program as aligned with regional JLL leads
Ensures operations are held in conformance with Best Practice, standards and statutory regulations.
Create a work environment that encourage staff teamwork, growth and excellence.
Actively involved in establishment of Facility management process for the account in areas of Compliance, Maintenance Program, Business Continuity and Pandemic Planning and Risk Management.
