The Role
As Direct Sales Remarketing Manager for 2-Wheels, you will be responsible for the pre-launch preparation and planning which includes, but not limited to, formulation of processes and strategies both for brand new and repossessed units, dealer negotiations, and creation of the product manual. Direct Sales Remarketing Manager is also expected to closely monitor the work streams and takes charge of all direct sales related functions.
.How you'll contribute
Formulates the following strategies and guidelines for repossessed motorcycles and ensures the flawless implementation of such strategies
Appraisal of the system and pricing strategy
Disposal and incentive strategies
Selection process for SBF warehouse
Identification of possible channels or sources of sales
Completion of business requirements for remarketing
Assists in the dealer negotiations for the selling of brand-new motorcycles
Prepare the Product Manual for 2-Wheel product
Makes sure that 2-Wheel product work streams are closely monitored and in accordance with the set timelines
Ensures the achievement of yearly sales target in all direct sales
Takes charge of all matters related to direct sales channels
What we're looking for
At least 10 years of marketing experience in banking, FI, or insurance, etc., or at least 5 years of marketing experience in the motorcycle industry
A graduate of Marketing, Business or any relevant course
Must be strategic, analytical with strong leadership and project management skills
Has good verbal and written communication skills in English
Knowledgeable in Product Development
Has solid experience in the motorcycle industry
Has experience on direct selling and remarketing
Knowledgeable in Powerpoint, Excel and Word
Has good negotiation skills
Has good presentation skills
Excellent teamwork skills
