AS SERVER
Wear a happy and sincere SMILE.
Check CUSTOMER NEEDS and condition and address it promptly.
Check the READINESS and COMPLETENESS of equipment and products for the day and set FORECAST for the next day operations.
Follow customer SERVICE SEQUENCE standard.
Ensure that the food being served is complete and assembled with quality preparation.
Ensure safety of the products.
Ensure on time servicing of orders and in a polite manner.
AS EXPEDITER
Receives all online orders on time.
Process order validity in details.
Prepare and assemble food products in order with utmost accuracy.
AS RECORD KEEPER
Read and record communication logbook.
Check marketing paraphernalia's if updated, readable and presentable.
Use the station checklist as guide in completing the tasks.
AS CLEANER
Clean and sanitize all open surfaces especially in the customer area.
Ensure organized condiments, stocks, and supplies.
Sweep and mop floorings (use wet and dry mop).
Use caution signs for everybody's (customers, workers, and the like) safety.
Ensure comfort room is well maintained, clean and secured all the time.
AS SAFETY IN-CHARGE
Switch ON or OFF electrical appliances according to its usage.
Uninstall and install back equipment parts every after cleaning.
Check over all store safety conditions and reports immediately to the Team Leader for any noticeable conditions affecting safety standards implemented and maintained.
Qualifications:
At least First Year College Level.
With at least six (6) months experience as Dining Crew.
Customer Service Oriented.
Average Communication Skills.
Hardworking.
Integrity and Reliability.
With pleasing personality.
