DIGITAL SALES TEAM LEAD
Job Overview:
Digital Sales Team Lead manage an E-commerce sales team by providing guidance, training and mentorship, setting sales quotas and goals, creating sales plans, analyzing data, assigning sales territories and building their team.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Meeting planned sales goals
Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
Overseeing the activities and performance of sales team
Coordinating with marketing on lead generation
In charge of the ongoing training of salesforce
Developing sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education
Understand the ideal customers and how they relate to the products
Job Specifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field
Experience in planning, implementing and directing sales strategies for not less than 3 years in Digital Economy
Experience in customer relationship management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven track record of positive sales performance
With deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices
Strong negotiation and analytical skills
High customer service orientation
Willing to work on shift schedule
