Role Summary:
We are seeking a Digital Project Manager with a solid background in web development project management. In this role, you will manage various web projects, ensuring collaboration across our global teams and seamless communication between design, development, and DevOps teams. You'll guide projects from inception to completion within a supportive, team-oriented remote work environment. This role demands a balanced approach to technical challenges, project coordination, and team communication.
Job Requirements:
Lead and coordinate web development projects from start to finish remotely.
Facilitate communication between design, development, and DevOps teams.
Implement and manage Agile workflows and sprints.
Conduct business analysis to optimize project workflows.
Proficient in project management tools like ClickUp and Jira.
Collaborate effectively with a global team.
Must have a stable and strong internet connection for remote communication and project management.
Preferred Technical Proficiencies:
Front-end Technologies: React, Next.js, Remix, Tailwind CSS, HTML5.
Back-end and APIs: GraphQL, Strapi, API integrations.
Cloud and DevOps: AWS, Cloudflare, and DevOps practices.
Version Control: Git, Bitbucket, SVN, or Mercurial.
CI/CD: Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
Testing and QA: Testing frameworks and quality assurance processes.
UX Principles: Understanding of UX design.
Analytics and SEO: Google Analytics and SEO best practices.
AI and Automation Tools: ChatGPT-4, GitHub Copilot.
Design Collaboration: Figma.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (preferred).
Experience or interest in IT project management.
Solid understanding of web development technologies.
Strong remote communication skills.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
PMP / PRINCE II certification (a plus).
