The role is for a Digital Process Automation Lead who will be responsible for the automation strategy and will build governance, operating model and run projects/initiatives for business process automation including consultancy, prioritization, alignment, technology scouting and support. Role and responsibilities
Setting the strategy for automation throughout the business and managing the delivery of solutions, covering RPA, AI/ML and LEAN process re-engineering amongst others
Eventually building out a small team of digital process automation professionals
Define and manage demand management process for Automation
Define Automation Arquitecture and tools aligned with global arquitects
Define and maintain operational model for Automation
Identify, manage and foster initiative to discover new automation opportunities across the global teams
Create, maintain, define and monitor KPIs, global reports and Critical Success Factors related with the processes
Engage and coach business to gain support for Automation initiatives
Become a key player into the Automation Program to ensure the success
Qualifications /Skills / Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Management, Accounting, Finance, Process Improvement or similar field of study
4 years' experience in Digital Process Automation and application integration (with technologies such RPA, API, middleware, ServiceNow, iBPMS, Process modelling)
Experience with task/process mining is a plus
ServiceNow knowledge is a plus
ITIL foundations is a plus
Good negotiation, communication and presentation skills
Exposure and working level knowledge of working with and interfacing to global delivery teams
Excellent English communication and executive level presentation skills
Proven ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally
Organised and analytical/data mind-set
Customer-oriented. Keep the customer in mind for everything
Outcome-oriented. Not reactionary, articulates the desired outcome and works collaboratively to create a path to achieve it
Ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and effectively simplify and communicate them to a non-technical audience
Thrive in an entrepreneurial 'tech-start-up' team culture
Experience of working in a global and multi-cultural environment and have appetite for fast-paced organizations with global delivery / reach
Dynamic working approach, 'agile' rapid delivery approach to planning projects, and the ability to think innovatively to solve problems
Can demonstrate initiative and ownership of issues through to resolution / completion
