As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Credit Card Processing Officer to join our team and contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our credit card processing operations.
Responsibilities:
Efficiently process credit card transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.
Monitor and analyze transaction data for any irregularities or suspicious activities.
Investigate and resolve transaction discrepancies promptly.
Implement and maintain fraud prevention measures to safeguard against unauthorized transactions.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging threats to proactively enhance security protocols.
Prepare regular reports for management, summarizing key performance indicators and risk factors.
Requirements
Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a digital payment or financial services industry.
Strong knowledge of digital payment platforms and processes.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in processing payment transactions.
Ability to handle and resolve customer issues and disputes effectively.
Knowledge of security and compliance standards related to digital payments.
Proficiency in using relevant software applications and tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
