We are in need of two (2) DIGITAL OPERATIONS MANAGER for Cebu and Manila Site
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree, with 5-7 years of experience managing and delivering infrastructure design and operational excellence
- Working technical knowledge of VDI environments, Cisco networks and IP based Telephony
- ITIL Foundation v3 Certified
- Ability to perform duties under minimal supervision
- Proficient written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Effective organization and time management skills, with the ability to establish effective working relationships and contribute in a team environment
- Dedication and willingness to work flexible hours. Results oriented individual with the ability to deliver quality, on-time results
- Ability to conduct research into hardware and software issues and products as required
- Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills with the ability to transfer technical knowledge, counsel and mentor
- Must be well organized and possess exceptional project management and leadership skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Extensive experience and technical knowledge in LAN's, WAN's, VoIP, server and desktop management.
Salary range: Php 38,500 to 80,000
