We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Marketing Assistant to join our Company.
 
This role primarily focuses on analyzing data to drive marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance and experience with data analysis for marketing campaigns and tracking revenue sources, sale attribution, ROI/KPI tracking. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, a passion for marketing, and the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Data Analysis:
Collect, clean, and analyze marketing data from various sources such as website analytics, social media platforms, campaigns, and advertising campaigns.
Utilize statistical techniques to interpret data trends, patterns, and customer behaviors.
Identify key performance metrics and develop reports to track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Conduct testing and experiments to optimize marketing strategies and improve conversion rates.
Market Research:
Assist in conducting market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and consumer preferences.
Analyze market data to identify potential opportunities for product or campaign innovation.
Provide insights into target audience demographics, behaviors, and preferences to inform marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or related field
- Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a marketing or digital marketing environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and extract actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
