GrowthAssistant is looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant - Paid Search for our growth marketing team in the US. This teammate supports the ongoing execution and administration of Google Ads Bing Ad campaigns, leads targeted keyword research based on feedback from client and Lead GA, manages administrative/data entry touchpoints (code creation, bitly creation, UTM set up, etc.), and more.

The Role
Support the ongoing execution and administration of Google Ads Bing Ad campaigns
Monitor analytics and adjust according to client and Lead GA direction/parameters
Manage administrative/data entry touchpoints (code creation, bitly creation, UTM set up, etc.)
Lead targeted keyword research based on feedback from client and Lead GA
Track keyword positions and report back to client and Lead GA as directed
Optimize keywords per client and Lead GA directives
Templated reporting and dashboarding - client to provide templates
The Requirements:
2+ years of experience with Google Ads and Bing Ads - paid search/SEO
Experience with G Suite
Basic experience with Google Analytics, Looker or similar analytics tool
Baseline knowledge of Asana or similar project management tool
Nice-to-have:
Knowledge of WordPress or other web development platforms
Basic experience updating and optimizing copy and landing pages
GROW-INTO:
Provide basic insights and trends on core reports - client to provide training
Run A/B tests
