Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist and collaborate with the team in creating new and creative digital growth strategies to increase company profit and brand awareness
• Execute social media and digital strategy to meet company goals including social media management and advertising
• Email marketing - create email marketing plans and newsletters
• Educate and implement best practices to include lead nurturing, sales conversion, and newsletter communication
• Maintain list integrity, properly tagging customers and organizing data inside a marketing-based CRM
• Assist in creating search engine backlinks for the website and implement a plan to improve SEO and SEM
• Stay up-to-date with digital media developments and apply as needed
• Ecommerce and website management - no programming just updating and publishing content
• Create and edit graphics for online imagery, print and a variety of digital mediums including but not limited to social media, blogs, landing pages, EDMs (email newsletters)
• Market research and generation of reports
Qualifications and Experience:
• Degree in Marketing or related
• Relevant and proven Digital work experience applying market strategy and reporting marketing metrics
• Experience in Social Media Management, Email Marketing and Graphic Design
• Good understanding of SEO and SEM
• Experience in managing and running Marketing campaigns
• Experience in managing Ecommerce and website content
• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge in any marketing-based CRM such as Shopify
• Familiar with Google Docs, Dropbox, Slack, Mailchimp
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Strong work ethic
• Must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
