Job Description
Drive digital growth through building data-driven strategies to fill in opportunity gaps, aligning planning & execution with overall business objectives, and leading key strategic initiatives to build the team's capabilities for sustained growth. The role will be the anchor to the rest of the Digital Growth Team from Visioning, Strategy, and Execution BluePrint.
Duties and Responsibilities
Work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive digital initiatives and define our multi-year vision to expand product discovery, onboarding, & conversion across digital channels
Drive quantitative and qualitative analysis to produce revenue-driving insights that positively impact business metrics
Build a digital growth plan, clearly articulating growth objectives, metrics and KPIs, establishing execution principles, and prioritizing top initiatives to drive profitability
Remain current on emerging consumer trends & technologies shaping consumer behavior and identify potential growth opportunities
Drive internal communication of digital strategy, initiatives & results across all business stake-holders
Lead internal & represent DGT in cross-functional brainstorming, strategic planning and business review sessions
Track achievement of strategic and business objectives, identify gaps and give recommended interventions

Reduction in A&P Spendng to drive adoption and retention
Top 3-5 Deliverables
Digital Blueprint and Quarterly Roadmaps for execution teams

Requirements
Experience in Digital Business & Strategy/ Marketing/Product Management for at least 5 years
Experience in telco/digital/service companies or start-ups is preferred
Experience in working with cross-functional groups and senior management stakeholders is a must
Experience must be a mix of managing business, marketing, product management and customer experience
