We are looking for an Employee Experience & Engagement Director. You will lead the employee communication strategy by providing guidance on campaigns to promote and strengthen the company culture, employee engagement, performance management and adoption of various HR digital initiatives
WHAT IS THE JOB LIKE?
The Employee Experience & Engagement Director will evaluates and identify opportunities to improve the employee experience and enhance the company culture to contribute in building an engaged workforce and retention of top talent
Defines the overall strategy and roadmap to improve the employee experience through people, process and technology transformation
Drives transformation initiatives conglomerate-wide on key employee programs and services by identifying, analyzing, and implementing process re-engineering opportunities to provide a seamless experience for the employees, utilizing the agile methodology
Influences key leaders and process owners in the conglomerate to support the recommended process change management efforts to achieve a more engaged and productive JGS community
Requirements
WHO ARE YOU?
Bachelor's Degree required in HR or a related field
10+ years of broad and progressive experience in Human Resources including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Organization Development, Employee Engagement, Total Rewards, and Wellness
Demonstrated ability in driving digital transformation initiatives in Human Resources that led to higher efficiencies and engagement
Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking and proactive stakeholder management
Comfortable in leading cross-functional teams and maximizing collaboration
Experience in agile ways of working and project management
