DIGITAL DESIGNER
Are you a talented and passionate Digital Designer with a flair for creating visually captivating experiences? Your day-to-day tasks will consist of collaborating with other teams to define requirements, iterate on design solutions, and contribute expertise for various digital products.
One of the key aspects of your role is creating digital assets for a wide range of platforms, including websites and apps, social media, display advertising, and eCommerce.
Responsibilities
Design on-brand creative solutions for a variety of uses: websites, product graphics, email templates, social media graphics, brand campaigns, and photography.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver creative, useful designs that align with technical and brand guidelines standards.
Take ideas from concept to execution, working with project managers, design colleagues, technical teams, and content experts to deliver an effective user experience.
Contribute to developing and maintaining the website's branding guidelines, ensuring consistency in visual elements and messaging throughout the platform.
Use the latest software and applications to design and develop digital solutions.
Collaborate with the design and development teams to create visually appealing, user-friendly website layouts that resonate with our target audience. Focus on intuitive navigation and a seamless user experience across various devices.
Design and produce high-quality graphics, icons, banners, and promotional materials to support marketing campaigns, loyalty programs, and social media engagement.
Optimize the website's UI and UX to ensure easy navigation, clear communication of information, and seamless interactions for players.
Adapt designs and assets for different platforms, including desktop, mobile, and tablet, while maintaining a consistent user experience and visual identity.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative ideas and concepts for new games, features, and promotional campaigns.
Stay informed about design trends, competitor activities, and industry-related regulations, to inform and enhance design decisions.
Gather feedback from team members, stakeholders, and users to continually improve design concepts and iterate on existing assets.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, art, or a related subject
Responsibilities also include staying up to date on industry trends and the latest digital design software.
A strong portfolio showcasing your digital design skills, including examples of web design, animation, and graphic assets.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), Sketch, Figma, or other relevant tools.
Familiarity with online gaming concepts, games, and user preferences. Awareness of responsible gaming practices and regulatory requirements is a plus.
Previous experience in designing user interfaces and a solid understanding of user experience principles to enhance player engagement and satisfaction.
Ability to create innovative and eye-catching designs that resonate with the target audience.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members, game developers, and stakeholders.
Excellent organizational skills to meet project deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
