The role involves creating and adjusting vector artwork, assisting with production troubleshooting, and supporting accurate documentation.What You'll Do:Verify the usability of customer artwork (usually company logos), place and size the artwork on product templates, apply color(s) or effect(s) to the artwork, and send digital proofs to the customerSuggest suitable layout options while considering customer logo guidelines for artwork that might lose detail due to restricted imprint areas or artwork complexityAssist the production team in troubleshooting printing issues and locating print filesRe-draw vector artwork in the appropriate graphic softwarePerform other tasks within his/her area of expertiseSupport billing by preparing accurate documentation and verifying insuranceOrganize medical forms, consent documents, and insurance paperworkWhat We're Looking For:Minimum 2-3 years of relevant graphics experienceExperience working with Digital (CMYK), Silk Screen, Deboss, and Laser pre-production processes (preferred but not required)Extensive knowledge of Adobe Photoshop 2025, Adobe Illustrator 2025, and Corel Draw 2024 on a PC platformPassion for providing excellent customer serviceExceptional team player with strong collaboration skillsAbility to work independently, multitask, and prioritize effectivelyCapable of thriving in a fast-paced environment with a punctual and reliable work ethicSelf-motivated creative and strategic thinker with exceptional attention to detail
