The Opportunity:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dialysis team. In this role, you will be at the heart of our patient care, providing safe, effective, and empathetic nursing care to our renal patients. You will be responsible for the entire dialysis process, from assessment to treatment and education, ensuring the highest standards of clinical practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess patients' condition before, during, and after dialysis treatment.
Operate dialysis machines and monitor vital signs, adjusting treatment as needed.
Administer medications and provide comprehensive patient education on renal disease and self-care.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including nephrologists, technicians, and dietitians to create and implement individualized care plans.
Maintain accurate and detailed electronic medical records.
Adhere to strict safety, sanitation, and infection control protocols.
Provide emotional support and encouragement to patients and their families.
What You Bring (Qualifications):
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
In need of renal nurses with renal training or background.
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience; previous dialysis experience is highly preferred.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
A compassionate, patient-centered approach and a commitment to teamwork.
