Description
- Key responsibility is to support outbound calls, make sure of company compliance, provide reports to clients and Ops Leaders
- Manages the operation and maintenance of a dialer system including its database system, as well as the management of campaign lists in an outbound operation.
- Able to interact with client and business analysts and provide inputs and analysis with regards to campaign management.
- Operates and maintains dialer system and associated application and operating system
- Responsible also for upgrading, or recommending an upgrade to the dialer system
- Handles and resolves issues with regards to dialer operation, campaigns, calling lists, and user access
- Sets-up user profiles in a dialer system in accordance to access rights and permissions
- Provides various reports with regards to campaign and calling lists performance
- Coordinates with clients, Operations, business analysts, and database group with regards to campaign management
- Designs, tests, and rolls-out campaigns
