QUALIFICATIONS:
 
Educational:
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or any IT/Engineering related course
Technical Skills:
- Strong expertise in AWS cloud services and solutions.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of networking concepts and AWS networking (e.g., VPC, subnets, route tables).
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or system administration roles.
- Proven track record of managing production environments in AWS.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
Certifications (Preferred but not required):
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate/Professional).
- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
AWS Infrastructure Management:
- Design, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure, and cost-efficient AWS cloud solutions.
- Manage AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, CloudFormation, and ECS/EKS.
System Monitoring and Optimization:
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of cloud infrastructure.
- Optimize resource utilization and implement cost-saving strategies.
- Set up and manage AWS monitoring tools like CloudWatch, X-Ray, and AWS Config.
Security and Compliance:
- Implement AWS security best practices, including IAM policies, VPC security groups, and data encryption.
- Manage compliance standards like SOC2, ISO 27001, or GDPR within AWS environments.
Collaboration and Troubleshooting:
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration between development and operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AWS infrastructure and deployments.
