Responsibilities:
Responsible for training and demos of different Chowis applications and devices to new customers through a strategically designed and executed training course.
Prepare pertinent materials for training purposes such as short info materials, short videos for troubleshooting, curated instructions according to specific customer's requirements you are supporting.
Collaborate with product managers, project managers, and sales team to incorporate new products, messaging and content into programs and courses.
Deliver effective facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills throughout training initiatives.
Model compliance throughout all activities and interactions.
Maintain and track training documentation, ensuring records are complete and save them properly.
Drive ongoing learning needs analysis, design, scripting, development, assessment, implementation and evaluation of training materials to ensure alignment with business strategy
Monitor and Measure effectiveness of training processes and ensures standardization of training processes. -
Helps in sales activities and customer management
Perform other duties as may be required by management.
Requirements:
2-4 years of training and sales management experience
Good communication skills (English speaker)/computer utilization skills
A person who has a meticulous personality and an internal and external service mindset.
A person with a high understanding of cosmetics or IoT-related industries.
Those who can go to work immediately.
