Description
The job incumbent is primarily responsible for ensuring that the materials developed are aligned with the specifications required.
Works closely with authors and other content creators to make sure that they come up with manuscripts aligned with set standards.
Ensures the alignment of publishing plans with the DepEd curriculum.
Prepares, validates, and updates evaluation tools for developmental, content, and language editing.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Education, preferrably with Master's Degree in Education or any course related to learning area.
Must have at least five years experience in Educational Publishing, with at least three years experience as Developmental Editor, Instructional Material Evaluator or equivalent.
Must have knowledge of developmental editing as well as content and language editing
Familiarity with the DepEd K-12 Curriculum
We need Seven DE Officers for the following areas:
1. Math
2. Engish
3. Science
4. Araling Panlipunan
5. Filipino
6. Senior High School
7. Higher Education
