Job Description As a Development Lead, resource will manage software delivery initiatives facilitating the delivery of solutions using Agile practices, engage development teams, and act as a Subject Matter Expert on technologies used to create apps and components. Development Leads must be able to manage software delivery initiatives leveraging on technologies and platforms used to create apps, components, and solutions. Part of the responsibilites are: - Own the Responsibility of the overall sprint or iteration outcome from planning to delivery. - Must be involved in overall Solution and Software Design process and must be in line with overall enterprise - road map. - Ensure that all work triggers / artifacts required are in place for team's sprint iteration. - Coordinate and communicate end to end delivery scope or delivery plan with project team. - Act as a developer advocate and subject matter expert on tools, technologies, and practices involved in the Software Development Lifecycle - Use Agile practices and methods such as Agile and Kanban to facilitate delivery Make Your Passion Part of Your Profession.
