Job Description:
SharePoint 2010 experience a must, SharePoint 2013 experience a plus
SharePoint 2010, Designer workflow experience a must. SharePoint Designer 2013 experience a plus
Migration experience from SharePoint 2010 to 2013 a plus
Proficient in MS Office (Excel - Pivot, Word, PowerPoint)
English language proficiency, strong communication skills
Quick learner, multi task, self-driven
Exposure to Business Connectivity Services (BCS), Content Type Hub is a plus
Understanding and Documenting Global and Regional Business Processes:
Work with Business Partners to understand & process map what they are currently doing
Work with Business Partners to understand & process map what their future process should be
Ability to change the business partners words into a process map (utilizing Visio / Power Point/ Word to create process maps)
Make recommendations on business process changes that will increase efficiency and/or remove the need for custom processes.
Create or updated relevant documentation
Follow defined development process including required documentation, testing, training and on-going support
Manage report request queue by creating or modifying new and existing reports, including correcting bugs or errors.
Applications Support
Self-motivated and able to work well with global teams
English language proficiency, strong communication skills
Provide application support with the following skillsets:
o Proficient in MS Office (Excel - Pivot, Word, PowerPoint)
o PL/SQL Experience
o Winshuttle and Mendix experience considered a plus
o Exposure to SAP is a plus
1-2 years of development experience with exposure of the following skills: C# .NET
