JOB HIRING: DETACHMENT COMMANDER
 
Location: Food Manufacturing Company - North Area
 
We are urgently hiring 1 Detachment Commander with the following qualifications:
College graduate
Holder of a valid/active Security Officer License
Preferably with Military or Law Enforcement background
Certified Safety Officer (BOSH 2) - an advantage
Certified Security Professional (CSP) - an advantage
At least 1 year of experience as Detachment Commander
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word & Excel)
Skilled in conducting investigations and preparing investigation reports
Must be proficient in making a security plan/program.
Compensation & Benefits:
Daily Wage: Php 1,150.16
Holiday Premiums: 100% (Regular Holiday), 30% (Special Holiday)
Overtime Pay: Php 718.85 (for 4 extra hours, with 25% premium)
Government-Mandated Benefits: SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG
Service Incentive Leave: Php 479.23/month
Night Differential (as applicable)
Communication Allowance: Php 500/month
Free HMO Insurance
