Job Description
Validate and update records in the IT Asset and Configuration Management database.
Compiling, sorting and verifying data before it is imported into Configuration Management database.
Troubleshoot and correct data upload and exceptions due to inaccuracies
Provide support and work with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve data accuracy issues
Coordinate with the Configuration Analyst on Asset audit related requests
Must Have Skills:
At Least 3 years of Desktop Asset Management experience
Strong attention to detail.
Strong process/task driven individuals
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of an organization
Highly Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Capable of multi-tasking while still maintaining a high degree of accuracy
