We're seeking a passionate and highly motivated Architect to join our growing team in Atlanta! This exciting opportunity combines your design talents with your construction knowledge, allowing you to contribute to projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
Play a key role in design development, bringing your innovative ideas to life.
Collaborate effectively with teams, utilizing your strong Revit skills for seamless design execution.
Take ownership of the Contract Administration phase, managing site activities, overseeing construction, and demonstrating exceptional understanding of construction processes.
Attend and actively participate in site meetings, walkthroughs, and Owner meetings.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
Registered Architect with 10-15 years of experience, preferably in the USA.
Strong design skills and a proven track record of success in using Revit.
Substantial experience in Contract Administration, demonstrating the ability to independently manage projects and lead on-site activities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
