Job Summary:
The Design Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing water treatment systems and wastewater treatment systems in accordance with project requirements and industry standards. This role requires strong technical expertise, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
Conduct meetings, site inspection, research and analysis to understand project requirements.
Design and develop innovative and cost-effective solutions for to meet the client needs.
Create detailed engineering drawings, schematics, and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
Perform engineering calculations and simulations to validate design concepts and ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales & Marketing, Procurement and Technical Team to ensure seamless integration of design solutions into the production process.
Participate in design reviews and provide technical expertise to evaluate and improve design concepts.
Conduct prototype testing and analysis to validate design performance and identify areas for improvement.
Support the transition of designs from concept to production, working closely with manufacturing teams to address any production-related challenges.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to product design and engineering.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience (2 years) in designing and developing water treatment systems.
Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD, or similar tools.
Strong knowledge of engineering principles, materials, manufacturing processes, and quality standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work in cross-functional teams and present design concepts to stakeholders.
Familiarity with prototyping, testing, and validation techniques.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Knowledge of relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
